Schedule:

Shift: 2300-0730

Every other weekend required

Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: Must be able to work at least 4 out of 5 shifts

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience

Current NYS CNA license

BLS certification

Compliance / Notes:

Local travelers within 50 miles are accepted with a decreased bill rate.

The facility has the right to cancel up to 5 shifts at no cost during the assignment.
