Latent is building the intelligence infrastructure for healthcare in New York. You will lead the first dedicated Business Development function, shaping outreach, hiring and coaching reps, and using our AI-enabled stack to improve research, personalization, and follow-up. You’ll partner with RVPs, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, owning metrics from outbound pipeline to inbound conversion, with a clear path from BDR to AE as the team scales. #J-18808-Ljbffr Latent Space
