Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Cardinal Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your expertise in understanding and treating a wide array of conditions will play a crucial role in guiding clients on their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience working in mental health settings.

• Proficient understanding of a variety of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to manage high-stress situations with poise.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

The competitive annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, reflecting the importance of your contributions to the Cardinal Behavioral Health Center.
