Revenue Cycle Manager

To optimize productivity and performance within revenue cycle operations, the full-time remote New York Licensed Revenue Cycle Manager will manage strategic planning, data analysis, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance and addressing patient complaints. Key responsibilities Strategically plans and evaluates revenue cycle operations functions to maximize cash flow and operational efficiencies Utilizes data analysis to minimize denials and optimize performance and net cash collections Manages revenue cycle dashboards and collaborates with leaders to drive improvements across operations Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare, accounting, finance, or equivalent education and experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare administration or revenue cycle management Working knowledge of the full revenue cycle management process, including coding, billing, and accounts receivable Comprehensive knowledge of CPT, HCPC, and ICD-10 codes Radiology Certified Coder (RCC) certification or equivalent coding certification
