Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care and optimal treatment outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with advances in mental health practice and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be providing support to a diverse clientele facing various challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and behavioral health issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of legal standards and ethical practices related to counseling.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients.
• Competency in utilizing electronic health records (EMR) systems and related applications to document client progress and maintain records.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma, or substance abuse.
• Experience working collaboratively in a healthcare team, advocating for integrated client care.

• Annual salary ranges between USD 60,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
