About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to provide customized bath remodeling solutions that fit their needs, style, and budget. Using our innovative iPad-based design and sales technology, you'll create beautiful bathroom designs, present product options, and guide customers through the purchasing process.

This is an outside sales position designed for ambitious, customer-focused professionals who enjoy building relationships and helping homeowners improve their homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our easy-to-use software.
• Educate homeowners on our products, installation process, and financing options.
• Prepare pricing proposals and confidently ask for the sale.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through contract.

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred.
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a significant advantage.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local territory.
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners and closing sales.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential .

Potential annual earnings: $120,000 to $350,000+ , based on performance and experience.
