Physical Therapist in Skilled Nursing Facility.

Location: Santa Monica,CA
Schedule: Full-time - 30+Hours Per week
Compensation: Up to $70hr

Being in-house means you're part of the facility's care team, with strong collaboration, consistency, and the ability to follow patients throughout their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury
Work with patients who have medically complex needs in a post-acute/SNF environment
Collaborate closely with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care
Document progress accurately and timely to support quality care and compliance

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of CA or ability to obtain license
Experience in post-acute or SNF setting preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills
Passion for patient-centered rehabilitation

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: $66 - $70 Hourly
