We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our internal teams. Job Type Full-time Key Responsibilities The Primary Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact from post-sale through to project release, bridging the communication gap between clients, the sales team, and the measure/installation crews. Relationship Management: Deliver our "Signature Service" by anticipating client needs, providing proactive updates, and efficiently resolving potential challenges. Documentation Management: Oversee the collection of project assets, generate detailed work requests, and ensure precise file management to position the Operations Team for success. Schedule Coordination: Manage appointments for technicians and installers, ensuring all projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with appropriate margins. Qualifications Customer Focus: 1+ years of professional customer service experience with a proven ability to clearly communicate processes to both clients and internal stakeholders. Experience resolving escalated situations professionally is highly preferred. Organization & Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities. Technical Proficiency: 1+ years of data entry experience with familiarity in CRM and scheduling systems. Full proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint is required. Education & Skills: A High School diploma (or equivalent) accompanied by exceptionally strong written, verbal, and organizational communication skills.
