Regional Operations & Sales Specialist

Kreation is seeking a Regional Operations & Sales Specialist to oversee operational and sales performance across multiple locations. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, developing store leadership, and ensuring a consistent guest and brand experience across the assigned region. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment and knows how to turn performance goals into strong day-to-day execution. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and sales performance across assigned locations Drive regional sales growth through strong service execution, upselling, promotions, and team accountability Monitor key performance indicators including sales, labor, waste, productivity, and operating costs Identify performance and operational gaps and implement corrective action plans Improve labor efficiency through effective scheduling, deployment, and productivity standards Reduce product waste through inventory management, FIFO practices, training, and proper PAR levels Develop, mentor, and support store leaders and team members Ensure consistent execution of company operating procedures, service standards, and brand expectations Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess cleanliness, organization, merchandising, equipment, and overall presentation Support inventory accuracy, receiving procedures, product availability, and discrepancy reporting Partner with Operations leadership and HR on employee performance, training, and development Ensure compliance with company policies and health, safety, labor, and sanitation standards Review operational reports and sales data to identify opportunities and improve performance Serve as a key communication link between store teams, Operations leadership, and HR What We're Looking For Experience in multi-unit retail, hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurant operations Strong operational and sales leadership skills Experience managing and developing store-level leaders and teams Strong understanding of labor management, inventory, waste, and operational KPIs Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable improvements Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of accountability Ability to travel regularly between assigned Kreation locations About Kreation Kreation is a Los Angeles-based health and wellness brand focused on fresh, high-quality food, juices, smoothies, and an exceptional guest experience.
