Parts Coordinator

The Parts Coordinator is responsible for ordering and receiving all part orders. Getting ETAs from vendors on parts and communicating with Next-Level Support to communicate this to our guests. Keeping an inventory of all parts that are carried by the parts department. Shipping and receiving Fed-ex. Close service orders that are shipped and complete all Driver instruction talks. Maintain the Parts department and Parts log.

Job Responsibilities:

• Shipping and receiving all parts.
• Closing open service orders when part is shipped.
• Complete all DI- shops within 24 hours (also log them)
• Maintain parts cage.
• Maintain parts log.
• Pull parts for service calls.
• Fill floor request (parts needed by the stores)
• Order parts for FCP (3rd party warranty)
• Get ETAs from Vendors
• Communicate ETAs to NLS (Next Level Support)

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Reports to Parts Supervisor.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a warehouse.

Requirements:

Physical Demands: The employee will regularly be standing, walking, lifting, bending.

Qualifications needed to perform this position:

• GED or equivalent
• Must be familiar with Outlook 360
• Must be familiar with Excel.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position.
