Each flu season, companies nationwide rely on our experienced teams to provide flu vaccinations and biometric screening services. We’re looking for a Seasonal Supply Chain Coordinator to help ensure our teams have the supplies and resources they need to successfully support our seasonal clinics. The Opportunity Based at our Phoenix, AZ Corporate Office, the Seasonal Supply Chain Coordinator will support the preparation, shipment, tracking, and organization of supplies and flu vaccines from August through December. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and teamwork are essential. What You’ll Do Prepare, pick, pack, and ship supplies and vaccines to support seasonal flu clinics. Track outgoing shipments and incoming returns accurately within company systems. Assist with inventory management, including maintaining appropriate stock levels. Organize and maintain a clean, efficient workspace. Support department workflows, including assisting with ticket management and communication with the nurse workforce. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of supply needs. Assist with additional department projects and tasks as needed. What You’ll Bring Successful completion of a background screening. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds (with or without assistance). Ability to stand, bend, count, sort, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Dependability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Schedule & Compensation Seasonal Full-Time: August–December Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week Typical Hours: Between 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (flexibility may be considered) Pay: $18.00/hr - $19.00/hr Ready to Make an Impact?
