Job Description

Position: Line Cook

Schedule: On-call basis/Part-Time

Pay: $23.50/hour, Weekly pay

Location: Kahala/Waialae

Job Responsibilities:

Preparing and cooking meals for members and guests.
Maintaining established food quality standards and consistency of menu items.
Adhering to state sanitation standards.

Job Requirements:

Must have excellent knife skills .
Must have familiarity of duties in all areas of the kitchen.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Must have black non-slip shoes.
Must take direction well and be able to adapt.
Must have ability to multi-task.
Must have ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
