Your leadership will fuel Spectrum’s continued market growth and reputation for excellence.How You’ll Make an ImpactDrive acquisition, retention and growth of Spectrum Community Solutions business by developing and executing effective sales strategiesSupervise and support a team of Account Executives and Senior Account Executives, ensuring achievement of sales goals and quotasOversee monitoring and tracking of new-build projects using management reports and tools to optimize project outcomesCoordinate SCS activities with leadership and stakeholders to maximize investments and revenuesAnalyze market conditions and manage sales portfolios, identifying opportunities for acquisitions and win-backsManage all aspects of team performance, including selection, training, development, evaluation and compensationCollaborate with Sales Operations and Legal teams to ensure contracts and compliance, while building strong relationships with property owners and industry associationsWorking ConditionsOffice-based role with travel up to 25% as requiredWhat You’ll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experienceExperience7+ years of sales management experience5+ years of project management experienceSkillsAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishDemonstrated leadership qualitiesProficiency with automated reporting and analysis applicationsAdvanced knowledge of Spectrum products and servicesStrong organizational agility and negotiation skillsAbility to communicate and implement strategies and tactics with clarityAnalytical skills for interpreting data and market trendsEffective communication with employees, customers, suppliers and leadership at all levelsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyJudgment, initiative and ability to maintain confidentialityStrong motivation and supervisory skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and personal computer applicationsProfessional demeanor in high-pressure situationsPreferred QualificationsExperienceIndustry-related experienceExperience in residential property management or real estate development#LI-RW1 SMD540 2026-78205 SMD540 2026 Here, our employees don’t just have jobs, they're building careers.
