Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles are eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: uncapped bonuses reward impact without waiting months to qualify. Sign‑On Bonus: up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: earn bonus pay for supervision hours to an RBT pursuing a Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: receive rewards for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Training & Development: participate in Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training in evidence‑based ABA practice. Research & Innovation: collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality. Clinical Guidance: our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team featuring industry leaders. Education and Support Continuing Education: 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, with extra funds for additional courses and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
