Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive labor and delivery care for mothers and newborns.
• Monitor patients using GE fetal monitors and respond to complications.
• Perform newborn and post-partum care, ensuring a safe environment.
• Document patient status and care in Meditech and CPN EMR systems.
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and C-sections effectively.
• Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure and 2+ years of labor experience.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP & AWHONN Fetal Monitoring.
• Experience in high-birth volume LDRP environments preferred.
• Proficiency with GE fetal monitoring equipment and Meditech EMR.
• Ability to work every third weekend and participate in on-call rotation.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach.
