About the team:The financial services and payments design team is part of Walmart’s Global Design organization, enhancing both consumer and associate experiences. We design how customers pay online and in-store by transforming complex processes into clear, intuitive interactions. We collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business partners, the team applies user-centered design principles, prototyping, and usability testing to deliver seamless experiences. Their work supports continuous improvement through research and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring solutions meet customer needs effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.
