Manager, Franchising & Deals Execution, Popeyes, US&C

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is looking for a Manager, Franchising & Deals Execution to join our Popeyes Franchising & Business Development Team based in Miami, FL. The Manager supports the effort to grow the Popeyes footprint through facilitating franchising transactions with new and existing partners. This includes onboarding new partners and managing sale transactions from start to finish to ensure a smooth handover and successful transition. Responsibilities Work closely with business unit leaders in supporting our Franchise Base Evolution, leading to a better guest experience and long‑term growth of the Popeyes brand. Own Company‑to‑Franchise sale transactions from start to finish, connecting company operations teams and buyers (internal and/or external franchisee candidates) through the closing of the transaction and hand‑off to Training and Field Operations support. Identify opportunities for efficiencies in transaction execution by highlighting and augmenting Franchisee takeover plans, internal department guides and materials, and cross‑functional project tracking. Lead Change of Ownership and New Entity Creation processes from start to finish, ensuring the ownership structure of each Franchise Group is properly set up for success. Assist in conducting due diligence on prospective candidates and partners, including participation in in‑person Discovery Days with prospective franchisees. Liaise between Franchising, Business Development, Company Operations, Training, Field teams, and other pertinent partners to gather necessary insights and relevant information to process transactions. Develop and deliver presentations both internally and externally to executive‑level leadership. Skills and Qualifications Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree required. 4–6 years of experience in business development, franchising, or related fields. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, and project management skills. Proficiency in Excel and online database management systems. Strong PowerPoint and presentation structuring skills. Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to collect data and manage transactions from start to finish.
