We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Immigration and Global Mobility Coordinator to join our team. Key responsibilities include supporting the Immigration and Global Mobility team by auditing vendor invoices for accuracy and reconciling inconsistencies and errors. Maintaining vendor PR/PO records and alerting the manager when funds are needed; ensuring timely payments. Administering temporary visa extensions and amendments following internal procedures. Coordinating and gathering details necessary for U.S. invitation letters; drafting and distributing letters for signing. Conducting and overseeing global transfers of existing employees worldwide; assisting with the onboarding process for international employees deployed to the US; providing support to regional transfers in APAC and EMEA. Serving as a point of contact for employees, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners regarding general immigration and relocation inquiries; providing timely and accurate information and support escalating to the Immigration and Global Mobility team, if needed. Posting legal notices (LCA & PERM) both electronically and physically as well as coordinating postings at other office locations. Supporting special projects and initiatives within the Immigration and Global Mobility team and cross-functionally including reporting, FAQ generation, etc. Ensuring compliance with privacy and immigration laws and regulations by safeguarding employee sensitive information and confidential corporate intellectual property. Completing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications include experience in corporate immigration and global mobility services with an emphasis in temporary work visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.). A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Advanced Excel skills, including report generation, data validation, and summarization with pivot tables. Proficiency with HR systems (Workday), case management ticketing tools (ServiceNow) and AI tools (Copilot, Claude). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
