NOW HIRING A DIRECT CARE STAFF MEMBER (Entry-Level) JOIN OUR TEAM – No experience or caregiver certificate needed- training provided Location: Carlsbad, CA Part-Time A/12 hours per week: Driver’s License Required Tuesday 4:00PM - 9:00PM Thursday 4:00PM - 9:00PM Saturday 4:00PM - 9:00PM Part-Time B/13.5 hours per week: Driver’s License Required Wednesday 5:00AM - 9:30PM Saturday 5:00AM - 9:30PM Sunday 5:00AM - 9:30PM Benefits & Perks $20.00 per hour Fast benefits access- Eligible in 30 days or less Time and a half pay for working on company approved holidays Company pays 50 % of a medical plan Company-pays 100% of a $25,000 Life Insurance Policy Company-pays 100% Employee Assistance Program Company sponsored benefits: Dental, Vision, EAP & more.
