Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in a PCU/critical care-adjacent unit, monitoring evolving conditions and adjusting care as ordered
- Administer medications, perform clinical procedures, and interpret clinical data to guide patient care plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, patient/family education, and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses
- Ensure safety and quality of care by following evidence-based practices and adhering to applicable professional standards and unit protocols
- Uphold professional practice standards in line with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Code of Ethics

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts in a PCU/critical care environment
- Demonstrated competence in acute or progressive care nursing with strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and teamwork to support an interdisciplinary care approach
- Commitment to patient safety, accuracy in documentation, and adherence to clinical policies
