RN Clinical Nurse – Critical Care

Schedule: Nights, 12 hours, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state
• Knowledge of relevant competencies as outlined by practice models and nursing standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a critical care setting.
• Collaborate as an active member of an interdisciplinary care team.
• Uphold nursing practices in accordance with state laws and ethical standards.
• Support patient and family engagement, listening to their concerns and needs.
• Ensure adherence to system policies and procedures while promoting service excellence.
• Participate in professional development and evidence-based practice initiatives.
