Production Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing roofing materials, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production of shingle products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and a commitment to meeting production goals, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Fontana, CA

Pay Range: $20.5

Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

What's the Job?

• Manually fold roof ridges using gloved hands, without the use of tools or machinery

• Maintain safety standards by wearing required PPE and bringing safety shoes

• Meet production targets of 12 boxes per hour to ensure efficient workflow

• Participate in safety procedures, housekeeping, and equipment startup/shutdown activities

• Assist with cleanup, maintenance, and quality checks as needed

What's Needed?

• Ability to work night shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

• Willingness to bring personal safety shoes and wear at least 35% cotton blend long sleeve shirts

• Attention to detail and ability to meet production goals

• Strong safety awareness and adherence to standard procedures

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
