Job Description We are seeking a dependable Water Mitigation Technician to support our lead technicians in various restoration projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong willingness to learn and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Assist lead technicians in the assessment and mitigation of water damage in residential and commercial properties. Help set up and operate equipment for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Communicate effectively with customers and team members. Maintain attention to detail regarding work performed and necessary documentation. Collaborate with the lead technician and team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Be coachable—demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; WRT and/or ASD certification a plus. Indiana driver’s license and clean driving record. Previous experience in the restoration, construction, or related field is preferred but not required. Strong work ethic with a dependable and punctual nature. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow directions from lead technicians. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
