Case Manager QMHS: Empower Recovery & Community Skills

Companion Plus Care

Companion Plus Care in Toledo, Ohio, is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) to provide support to individuals with mental health or substance abuse issues. This role includes documenting services, participating in treatment meetings, and delivering strength-based interventions. Qualifications include a high school diploma, experience with dually diagnosed individuals, and effective communication skills.
