Restaurant Manager F.O.H. - Grapevine, Texas
As our Front of House (F.O.H.) Restaurant Manager in Grapevine, Texas, you will embody hospitality and inspire our team to deliver on our mission. You will be responsible for upholding our standards of quality and value in every aspect of our service, from food execution to guest relations. This role requires a calm, composed, and solution-oriented leader who thrives in high-pressure situations.We are seeking a talented and passionate manager to create memorable experiences for our guests in our Grapevine, Texas location. To help you exceed expectations and drive operational success, we have outlined the core duties and responsibilities below.
Pre-Requisites
- 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Recognized expertise in delivering iconic hospitality
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Engages actively with team members and guests to ensure a premier dining experience
- Maintains a strong, visible presence in the dining room, bar, and front door to ensure guests are well taken care of and our core service priorities are being executed flawlessly
- Oversees the ongoing learning and development of the hourly team
- Organizes scheduling for front-of-house team members
- Drives team development by interviewing and hiring top-tier front-of-house staff to maintain staffing goals
- Manages bar inventory and ordering processes efficiently
- Conducts bi-weekly inventory of wine, liquor, and beer in a collaborative team effort
- Partners closely with the General Manager to ensure all restaurant operations run smoothly
- Advanced guest relations

- Menu rollouts and beverage features
- Purchasing and vendor management
- Administrative operational tasks
- POS/Micros systems
- Complete menu knowledge
- Extensive wine, beer, and liquor knowledge
- Accurate cash handling protocols
