Field Service Technician

Overview Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr We’re recruiting for a Field Service Technician in Huntsville, AL. This role handles the maintenance, repair, and calibration of field equipment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a strong customer service mindset and a commitment to quality work. Responsibilities Performs diagnostic analysis, repairs, and preventative maintenance on customer equipment in the field. Completes detailed field reports documenting time, work performed, and observations. Conducts system audits and evaluations on-site to ensure optimal equipment performance. Follows all company safety protocols and participates in ongoing training programs. Qualifications 5+ years of experience installing, maintaining, and repairing machines or technical equipment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness and ability to travel as needed for field assignments. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
