The ideal candidate will possess telemetry competency and progressive care experience, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care. In this role, you will work within a dynamic healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient experiences. Unit Information Number of Beds: 20 Staffing: Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 4 RNs, 2 CNAs Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 4 RNs, 2 CNAs Patient Ratios: 1:5/1:6, depending on level of care Unit Description: Inpatient overflow unit with mixed level of care, accommodating medical-surgical and step-down patients. Focus on short stay ( Equipment: Telemetry; patients are hardwired to bedside monitors as indicated. EMR: Cerner Qualifications Required Certifications: BLS ACLS Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required. Preferred Experience: Recent progressive care experience. Work Environment The Clinical Decision Unit is known for its positive team dynamics. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude, prioritize patient experiences, and work collaboratively with others. Schedule Weekend work: Every other weekend required. No on-call requirements. Floating Requirements Traveling staff may be required to float to other units as necessary, based on patient needs and staffing requirements.
