This role provides a variety of activities-including customer service, warehouse operations, inventory support, local deliveries, and sales assistance -making it ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working both indoors and outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Though preferred, this hands-on, foundational role doesn't require prior industry experience; we provide world-class training to set you up for success from day one!

Responsibilities

This role supports the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced wholesale environment serving contractors and industry professionals. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Customer Service & Sales
• Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships.
• Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations.
• Warehouse & Yard Operations
• Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards.
• Inventory Management
• Receive and stock deliveries and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Delivery and Transportation
• Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols.
• Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival.

Requirements

• What we are looking for...
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic math and communication skills
• An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service
• Preferred, but not required...
• Warehouse associate experience
• Delivery driver experience
• Forklift Certification
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials (remember, our training rocks)
• Spanish Bi-Lingual is always a plus

Bonus Points for the Following*

• Bilingual (Spanish & English)

• Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions (willing to train the right candidate)
• Proven work experience as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Associate, or similar role.
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
