Business Intelligence Analyst

Payrate: $60.00 - $65.00/hr.


Summary:
In this role, the selected vendor will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across various business and finance functions to ensure that technology solutions are in alignment with our broader business strategies. The vendor will be responsible for gathering requirements from the team and translating these into actionable plans for our programmers and developers.


Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders in all business and finance functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Gather and document requirements from business units, translating them for our programmers and developers to implement.
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decision-making on system implementations.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of business functions to identify and resolve problems, while capitalizing on opportunities for improvement.
• Support highly complex business processes, leveraging technical expertise to implement effective solutions.
• Participate as a member of project teams, working on multiple projects concurrently to achieve organizational goals.
• Act as a liaison between the business community and the Finance organization, ensuring technical solutions meet user needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and data analysis.
• Proven experience in developing KPIs and metrics for inventory management and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
• Experience in automation tools and technologies for inventory management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, database management systems, and reporting tools.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00 /hr . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
