Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions that address the unique mental health challenges faced by clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate structured support groups focused on specific themes such as recovery strategies, coping mechanisms, and resilience building.

• Work directly with individuals diagnosed with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing tailored interventions and resources necessary for their development and well-being.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and other clinicians, to ensure the delivery of holistic and comprehensive care.

• Perform thorough intake assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and set achievable goals while maintaining meticulous documentation of patient progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Implement a variety of counseling techniques, including grief counseling, stress management, and addiction recovery strategies, to cater to the diverse needs of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing acute mental health crises, including individuals with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and a variety of other complex issues. Our clients often require specialized therapeutic support and a safe space to explore their experiences and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of professional mental health counseling experience.
\n
• Strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques, especially those pertaining to grief counseling and addiction recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
