Partnership Development Manager

To support strategic partnerships, the full-time remote Partnership Development Representative will research and identify potential pharmaceutical partners, generate leads, and facilitate introductory conversations for the leadership team. Key Responsibilities Conduct partnership discovery and outreach to identify potential pharmaceutical companies and decision-makers Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified pharma partnership leads through outbound and inbound efforts Schedule and coordinate introductory calls between qualified partners and the leadership team Required Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or partnerships-related outreach, preferably in pharma or healthcare Strong time management skills to handle multiple outreach threads and follow-ups effectively Detail-oriented with experience in managing CRM data accurately Ability to initiate conversations confidently with senior stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry Highly organized with experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
