Member Services Representative

Make a Difference in Members' Healthcare Experience

Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service? Join one of the largest healthcare organizations in the Midwest, as a Member Services Representative supporting members enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace (MNsure) plans.
In this role, you'll assist members with questions about their health insurance coverage, billing, premiums, deductibles, copays, and provider networks while delivering outstanding service and support.
What You'll Do

• Handle approximately 50-70 inbound calls per day from health plan members
• Answer questions regarding:
  • Insurance coverage
  • Premium billing
  • Copayments
  • Deductibles
  • Provider networks
  • Enrollment and plan information
• Provide accurate information and resolve member concerns
• Research and troubleshoot complex issues
• Deliver compassionate, professional customer service
• Document member interactions accurately
• Maintain a positive and member-focused approach throughout every call
• Support a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
• Reliable attendance and work ethic

• Ability to work from the Bloomington-area office on short notice if needed

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
