A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to support elementary-age students for the 2026-2027 academic year. This position is based in a single elementary school building, where you'll collaborate with staff and families to empower young learners to reach their fullest potential.

Your expertise in student assessment will be valued—evaluate and monitor functional physical development and self-regulation to tailor supportive strategies. You’ll develop and implement targeted treatment plans, fostering growth and facilitating appropriate educational placements. In addition, your recommendations will play a crucial role in removing barriers, creating a learning environment accessible to all.

Key Qualifications:

• Current New Hampshire Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Previous experience or strong interest in school-based OT settings
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of students’ physical development and sensory/motor regulation within the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment protocols aligned with IEP goals
• Consult with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support
• Identify and address physical and environmental hurdles, recommending adaptations for accessibility
• Contribute to strategic planning to support student success and optimal learning outcomes

This contract role spans 35-37.5 hours per week, from late August to mid-June, aligning with the school calendar. You’ll join a dedicated and supportive team committed to student growth in a dynamic, engaging setting.
