This role plays a critical part in strengthening data integrity and enabling trusted decision-making across global supply chain and planning operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that business data is accurate, standardized, and aligned with enterprise governance frameworks. Acting as a key connector between business stakeholders, analytics teams, and IT, you will help translate complex data requirements into structured, reliable datasets. The position is deeply embedded in transformation initiatives such as ERP and analytics platform implementations, where data readiness and quality are essential for success. You will also contribute to improving data processes, resolving data issues, and supporting long-term scalability of data governance practices. This is a highly collaborative and impact-driven role in a fast-evolving, global healthcare environment. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, trusted data across supply chain and enterprise systems while supporting transformation and analytics initiatives.

• Execute data quality checks, validations, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across key data domains
• Support data governance frameworks by implementing standards, definitions, and business rules aligned with global policies
• Identify, track, and support resolution of data issues, ensuring visibility and timely closure with stakeholders
• Collaborate with business teams to translate data needs into structured requirements and validation criteria
• Prepare and maintain trusted datasets to support reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making
• Document data definitions, workflows, assumptions, and data lineage to ensure transparency and reusability
• Support ERP and analytics transformation programs through data readiness checks, migration support, testing, and validation
• Coordinate with IT, analytics teams, and external partners to align technical solutions with business data requirements
• Identify recurring data issues and contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and standards

Requirements:

This role requires strong analytical capability, experience in enterprise data environments, and the ability to work across complex, cross-functional teams.

• 4–7 years of experience in data analysis, data management, business analytics, or data enablement roles
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data issues
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed, and global enterprise environments
• Knowledge of ERP or planning systems such as SAP or similar platforms
• Experience supporting data activities in transformation programs (ERP, analytics, or planning systems)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with stakeholder engagement experience
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management principles
• Exposure to supply chain or regulated environments is highly valuable
• Ability to document, structure, and communicate data processes clearly and effectively
• Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and process orientation
