Customer Operations Coordinator

Position Summary The Customer Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring accurate processing in SAP, coordinating with planning and logistics teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Receive, review, and process customer orders via email or other channels. Accurately enter order details into SAP and manage order lifecycle. Own and maintain the Master Price List, ensuring accuracy of pricing, MOQ, MRQ, lead times, and product details. Validate and reconcile pricing data across SAP, customer communications, and internal records. Coordinate with Planning to confirm product availability, lead times, and delivery dates. Communicate confirmed order details and timelines to customers. Coordinate with logistics teams for shipment, pickup, and delivery arrangements. Ensure timely processing of shipping documentation and invoicing. Monitor order status and resolve post-shipment issues. Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and documentation. Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly. Prepare monthly sales reports and comparative analysis using Excel. Maintain and update open orders reports and customer databases. Track and report budget figures and progress to headquarters. Support sales presentations with data and reporting. Participate in meetings with internal teams. Skills Strong analytical, mathematical, and statistical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. Problem‑solving mindset with strong timeline awareness. Attention to detail. Qualifications 3 years of experience in logistics, planning, or supply chain operations. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and product flow. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with SAP required. Experience in retail, beauty, or pharmaceutical industry preferred. Experience with Retail Link and Illustrator is a plus. Strong teamwork and negotiation skills. Ability to collaborate with multinational teams. Education Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
