About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Strategy & Operations for its Advisory Technology division. This senior leadership role is pivotal in the evolution of how technology supports the advisory business, with a focus on aligning technology delivery with business priorities, broker enablement, and client needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for synthesizing input from various teams, including product, architecture, engineering, and the business, to create a coherent technology and transformation agenda. This includes ensuring that the technology roadmap is in line with commercial objectives and leading client care, broker technology support, and digital enablement initiatives. The role demands a leader who can connect teams, establish clear priorities, and drive the operating discipline necessary to move complex initiatives forward. Candidates for this role should have a proven track record in senior leadership, spanning strategy, operations, transformation, technology, or commercial organizations. Experience in portfolio management, budgeting, vendor management, and operational governance is essential. The role requires a strong ability to translate strategy into measurable execution, as well as experience in leading organizational change and technology adoption at scale. The ideal candidate will have strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to make practical trade-offs and drive decisions across teams. Success in this position will be measured by the clear connection between business and technology priorities, improved visibility into execution, and the effective preparation of brokers and users for adopting new technology.
