Access Specialist

Job Summary:

The Access Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for clients and referral sources and is responsible for providing excellent, compassionate customer service consistent with the Circles of Care mission. Responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, screening emergency and urgent calls and connecting individuals to the appropriate level of care, gathering initial client information, coordinating clients with appropriate services, and verifying insurance, financial, and demographic information. The Access Coordinator ensures information is accurate and entered in a timely manner into the appropriate systems while helping clients navigate the healthcare system and access the services they need.

Qualifications:

High School/GED is required. Two years of experience working in a medical office is strongly preferred. Operation of computer and office machines required.

Full-Time position. Monday - Friday!
