Digital Marketing Consultant

Location: Boston ,MA or Springfield, MA(Hybrid) Responsibilities include: Manages direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns for the Customer Relationship Management digital marketing team, primarily via email, direct mail, mobile, and SMS. Creates testing plans and prioritizes the most significant opportunities and efficiencies across campaigns. Analyzes campaign results and provides actionable recommendations, optimizing marketing campaigns and workflows based on performance. Works cross-functionally with various teams including Distribution Marketing Partners, internal Creative teams, Marketing Data & Analytics, Martech, and various development teams to activate, maintain, and innovate campaign activations and technical processes. Develops marketing campaigns in accordance with email best practices and CRM team SOPs to ensure alignment with project objectives, accurate tracking and reporting of performance, and proper functioning of all response channels. Contributes to continuous review of capabilities roadmap, process improvements in campaign development, quality control, database analysis, etc. The Minimum Qualifications 1 years of experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Marketo or Eloqua 3 years of marketing experience 3 years of experience designing complex B2B and B2C digital direct marketing campaigns, including experience running A/B and multivariate split tests The Ideal Qualifications 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Working knowledge of Agile methodologies Proficient with MS Office Suite, with a focus on Microsoft Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr Ampcus Inc
