Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) registered nurse position is located in an acute care facility. The role involves delivering coordinated nursing care to a patient or a group of patients in accordance with established standards and the nursing process. The nurse will supervise and guide nursing staff, collaborate across disciplines, and ensure a safe, humane, and healing environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); experience in an acute care facility preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor required; Facility-specific certification includes AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS required.
• Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient health data, analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues, develops and implements care plans, evaluates progress, collaborates with the healthcare team, provides patient education, participates in discharge planning, delegates duties appropriately, and performs additional related duties as assigned.
• Additional Information: EPIC experience is required. Holiday RTO will not be approved.
