What You Will Do

Consult & Solve: Partner with customers to recommend the right solutions for renovation projects.

Drive Growth: Actively generate new business and identify new opportunities within the territory.

Own the Field: Conduct site visits, take field measurements, and lead customer meetings.

Manage Accounts: Build and grow relationships with multifamily and construction clients.

Master Your Pipeline: Use CRM tools to track opportunities and stay on track to achieve your commission targets.

Collaborate: Work with internal teams to ensure every renovation project is a success.

What we are looking for

A strong sales professional who knows how to build relationships, solve customer problems, and close business.

Experience in cabinet sales, multifamily, construction, renovation, or related industries is highly valued.

Confidence working directly with customers in the field.

Ability to understand project needs, take measurements, and guide solutions.

Experience with CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a territory-
