Position Type Full Time Pay Rate Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour Schedule Mon: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Tue: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Fri: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sat: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sun: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by following site‑specific procedures, access guidelines, and other security‑related policies at a government location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or potential hazards. Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe site activity, and document security‑related concerns in accordance with post instructions. Prepare clear, accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or observations, and assist with emergency response activities as directed by site procedures. Minimum Requirements Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience. Meet client requirements for a tuberculosis test and MMR vaccinations. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Clean background check. Active guard card. Apply to all relevant licensing requirements as required by state/local laws.
