Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field preferred
• 3–7 years of experience in operations management, business management, logistics, or related leadership roles
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience monitoring KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
