What’s in it for you: Site Location: Wilmington, NC Full-Time Schedules Available Saturday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | Monday - Tuesday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM: 32‑hour shift Wednesday - Sunday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM: 40‑hour shift Wednesday - Sunday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM: 40‑hour shift Monday - Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM: 32‑hour shift Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM: 40‑hour shift Part Time Schedules Available Friday - Saturday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM: 16‑hour shift Competitive hourly wage $17.58 per hour, bi‑weekly (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees) A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard: Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors Manage access control Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard: Must have an active PPSB license Must have CPR First Aid & AED or be willing to obtain Must be over 18 years old Be authorized to work in the U.S. Must have at least 1 year of security experience Provide documentation of high school diploma or GED Pass extensive screening process Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone and computer skills If you have security, military, or law enforcement experience – even better Have a state license if required Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
