Shipping Processor LeadThe shipping processor lead will process all incoming electronic customer orders, assign pickers to each order and verify order completion before customer shipment. Act as a coach for all shipping processing questions with problem solving attributes.What you'll do:Accurately review, process, print and verify order completionTrain and coach all shipping processorsTrack mis-ships and mistakes for problem resolutionProcess orders from our online store into our WMS system.Review each order ensuring customer demographic, payments and inventory accuracyAnswer customer service-related phone calls and email requestsCommunicate discrepanciesFollow SOPs and safety guidelinesSupport documentation as neededKeep work areas clean and organizedQualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferredPrior warehouse experience a plus1+ year experience in a lead roleProficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in EnglishExcellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Ability to learn and describe products accurately and thoroughlyCustomer Service experience preferredNetSuite experience a bonusPhysical Demands:Standing, Walking, Reaching/Bending, Endurance, Balancing/Mobility, Manual Dexterity, Exposure to varying conditions, Repetitive Motion, Lifting to 50 lbs. consistently, safety equipment, loud noises: 8-hour work shiftReasonable Accommodation Statement:Consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the State of Texas, it is the policy of Frank Kent Enterprises LTD to provide reasonable accommodation when requested by a qualified applicant or employee with a disability, unless such accommodation would cause an undue hardship.
