Accounts Payable and Billing Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support day-to-day accounting operations, the fully remote Accounts Payable and Billing Specialist will manage billing and invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes while ensuring accurate financial records and timely collections. Key responsibilities Apply cash receipts daily and follow up on outstanding remittances for timely cash application Code incoming invoices accurately, manage vendor setup in QuickBooks, and ensure compliance with financial controls Assist with the end-to-end billing process, including generating and tracking invoices to ensure successful delivery Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred 4-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting operations, or related finance functions Strong QuickBooks experience Experience supporting recurring billing and invoicing processes Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
