Antwerpen Auto Group, a family-owned car dealership, is seeking sales professionals. The yearly salary range is $60,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic automotive salesperson to join our thriving dealership team! In this role, you will be the face of our brand, guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your passion for automobiles, combined with exceptional communication skills, will help you build lasting relationships and drive sales growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service. Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, preferably within a dealership environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end deals confidently
- Ability to perform cold calling effectively while maintaining professional phone etiquette
- High energy level with a proactive approach to building relationships and expanding the customer base
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Familiarity with dealership operations
Responsibilities
- Be the face of our brand, guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Combine your passion for automobiles with exceptional communication skills to build lasting relationships and drive sales growth
- Leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying potential clients and nurturing ongoing relationships
- Conduct detailed vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each customer's needs
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing concerns promptly, and always maintaining a professional demeanor
- Collaborate with sales management and support teams to achieve individual and dealership sales targets
