We're hiring an Account Manager to help grow our Custom Sales team, which serves the promotional products industry. You'll own a book of existing customers and help each one grow with Denik. You'll help them wow their own clients with a product experience they're proud to hand out.

Our notebooks are among the best in the industry. Our reputation comes from how we take care of customers, from the first idea to final delivery. Every interaction should leave customers wanting more of them. You'll be at the center of that.

• Manage a book of existing Custom Sales customers and grow the account value of each one.
• Pick up the phone. Hit daily call targets and build real relationships through live conversations, not just email threads.
• Find new opportunities within your accounts by learning each customer's business, their clients, and their upcoming programs.
• Become an expert on the promotional products industry: how distributors work, what their clients need, and where Denik fits.
• Know Denik's product offerings inside and out, so you can recommend the right notebook or journal for every project.
• Guide customers from ideation to delivery, keeping projects on track and customers informed at every step.
• Take extreme ownership when issues come up. Step in, take control, and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Travel up to 25% of the time for customer visits, industry events, and trade shows.
• Work closely with internal teams to make sure every order is a great experience.

You're a Rad Human who loves talking to customers and gets a thrill out of helping them look like heroes to their clients.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in a sales, account management, or customer service role.
• A genuine love for talking to customers on the phone. You'd rather call than email.
• Comfort with daily call targets and a drive to hit them.
• Extreme ownership. When something goes sideways, you own it and fix it fast.
• A proactive mindset. You spot opportunities before customers ask.
• Curiosity and a willingness to become an expert on the promo industry and Denik's products.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in retail, promotional products, or product distribution.

Pay: $45,000/year base salary plus uncapped commission. Expected first-year on-target earnings (OTE) of $70,000 to $100,000/year.
