Remote work is not available. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.Responsibilities:Utilize the intersection of technology, hardware and software, and Industrial Engineering to drive improvementsLead the design of new building layouts and process flows to optimize operational efficiencyProvide engineering support to enhance safety, quality, and productivityWork cross-functionally to identify problems and recommend solutionsManage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentDistill large volumes of data into actionable business strategiesSupport business strategy and help identify key projects for the groupQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering is requiredAdvanced engineering Degree or MBA is a plus3+ years of work experience in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment is required5+ years of work experience in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment is preferredExperience developing optimized plant layouts using CADExperience purchasing capital equipment and supporting production start-upExperience with automation of material handling processesMust have lean training and the ability to utilize lean toolsKnowledge of quality systems and process controlsData-driven and analytical, with the ability to find solutions through data analysis and attention to detailMust have a hands-on mentality and the ability to work effectively with production team members
