Typical responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, establishing individualized plans of care, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, guiding patients through progressive functional training, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.A typical day includes scheduled one-on-one treatment sessions, documentation in the clinic's EMR system, active communication with referring providers, and collaboration with other physical therapists and support staff. Patient volumes are structured to support both productivity and quality, with a focus on maintaining strong patient engagement and outcomes. The team environment is supportive, with therapists encouraged to share clinical insights, participate in case discussions, and contribute to program development.Shifts are generally scheduled during daytime and early evening hours on weekdays, with some flexibility to support patient needs and work-life balance.
