We’re seeking enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-person support for the 2026-2027 school year, starting August 11th, 2026 and concluding June 6th, 2027. These full-time contract positions are based in a vibrant educational community near Napa, CA, with a variety of onsite caseloads available.

Successful applicants will bring strong clinical skills, compassion, and adaptability to serve students with a range of abilities in intensive and mild/moderate Special Day Class programs. Several caseload structures are available, including all ages from elementary through to post-secondary, with your work dedicated to one or two school sites.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current, active CA SLP license (CCC required)
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong collaborative skills and proficiency in IEP process
• Excellent communication, time management, and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students in Special Day Classes (intensive and mild/moderate)
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Provide therapy across grade bands (TK–5, middle, high school, and post-secondary, depending on assignment)
• Engage in ongoing communication with caregivers, teachers, and support staff
